CLA Research Shows It Is Possible To Burn Fat

That is not about burning fat in your dreams. It is what research has found regarding the CLA PILLS works during sleep.

American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published in its September 2007 number the outcomes of a study completed from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. One of the decisions of the research was that calorie burning increased via a mean of 43kcal per area during sleep.

For the study were split in two groups, the 23 subjects recruited. One group was given 4 grams of effective CLA isomers daily, while another group was given 4 grams of placebo (safflower oil). In percentages this translates to a 14 percent increase of fat burning or fat oxidation during sleep in the CLA group versus the placebo group.
